1. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a contract for digital services within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

2. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract — i.e. the day you subscribed to KARMYX Plus.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires.

3. Important Notice — Loss of Withdrawal Right

If you begin using KARMYX Plus features immediately after subscribing, you expressly agree that we begin providing the digital service before the withdrawal period expires. In this case, you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, in accordance with Section 356(5) BGB.

5. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Note: If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount proportionate to the services provided up to the point of withdrawal.

6. Subscriptions on Our Website

KARMYX Plus is concluded directly on our website and processed by our payment provider Stripe. The right of withdrawal described above applies to this contract; to exercise it, contact us at support@karmyx.de.

Independently of the right of withdrawal, you can end your subscription at any time — using the cancellation page (“Cancel subscription”) linked in the footer, or via “Manage billing” inside the app.
