Community Guidelines

KARMYX is built on a simple belief: that doing good should be visible, trackable, and celebrated. Our community is a space where people share positive actions, support each other's growth, and inspire kindness. These guidelines exist to keep that space safe, authentic, and uplifting for everyone. By using KARMYX — especially the Social Feed and Verified Karma features — you agree to follow these Community Guidelines.

1. Be Authentic

KARMYX is about real positive actions. Only log karma actions that you genuinely performed. Do not fabricate, exaggerate, or misrepresent good deeds. Verified Karma submissions must include honest and accurate proof.

Fake submissions undermine the trust of the entire community and are a violation of our Terms of Service.

2. Be Kind & Respectful

Treat every member of the KARMYX community with respect. We do not tolerate:

• Harassment, bullying, or personal attacks
• Hate speech based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic
• Threatening or intimidating language
• Content designed to humiliate or demean others

3. Keep It Positive

The Social Feed is a space for positivity and inspiration. Share actions that lift people up.

Do not post content that is negative, divisive, politically inflammatory, or unrelated to positive actions and good deeds.

4. Respect Privacy

Do not share personal information about other people without their consent — including photos, names, addresses, or any identifying details.

If your good deed involved another person, make sure they are comfortable being featured in your post.

5. No Spam or Self-Promotion

Do not use the Social Feed to promote products, services, or external websites.

Do not post repetitive or meaningless content to farm karma points. Authentic actions only.

6. No Harmful or Illegal Content

Do not post content that:

• Depicts violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities
• Promotes illegal behavior
• Contains graphic or sexually explicit material
• Involves the exploitation of minors in any form

7. Verified Karma Integrity

The Verified Karma system is built on trust. When you submit proof for a verified action, that proof must be genuine.

Submitting doctored photos, false receipts, or misleading evidence is a serious violation. Verified status carries real weight in the KARMYX community — protect its integrity.

8. Support Each Other

KARMYX is a community of people working to be better every day. Cheer each other on. Leave encouraging comments. React positively to others' good deeds.

We are all on the same team.

9. Reporting & Moderation

If you see content that violates these guidelines, please report it using the in-app report function. You can also block any user to immediately hide their content from you. Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action.

Violations may result in:

• Content removal
• Temporary suspension of Social Feed access
• Permanent account termination for serious or repeated violations

These guidelines may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app.
