1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the KARMYX app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use KARMYX.

These Terms apply to all users, including free and KARMYX Plus subscribers.

2. About KARMYX

KARMYX is a personal karma-tracking application that helps users log positive daily actions, convert them into karma points, track progress, and build lasting positive habits.

KARMYX is not a social network, financial service, or mental health platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use KARMYX. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to use KARMYX. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Notify us immediately at support@karmyx.de if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Free & Premium Features

5.1 Free Plan — The free version of KARMYX includes basic karma tracking, simple categories, daily goal setting, karma point logging, and core progress features.

5.2 KARMYX Plus — $4.99/month. KARMYX Plus subscribers receive:

• Personalized daily and weekly goals
• Full karma history
• Weekly and monthly reports
• Streak system and reminders
• Exclusive challenges
• Deeper category-based insights
• A clear accountability system for building positive habits

6. Karma Points & Actions

Karma points are a personal tracking metric within KARMYX. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between users, or used outside the app.

KARMYX reserves the right to adjust point values and categories at any time.

7. Verified Karma

Users may submit proof (photos, receipts, confirmations) for selected actions to earn Verified Karma status. Submissions must be genuine and accurate.

Submitting false or misleading proof is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Social Feed

The Social Feed allows users to optionally share their good deeds with the KARMYX community. By posting to the Social Feed, you grant KARMYX a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your post within the app.

You retain ownership of your content and may delete your posts at any time.

You can report posts that violate our Community Guidelines and block other users at any time from the in-app menus.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent karma actions
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to manipulate the karma point system
• Upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of KARMYX
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the app

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, code, and features of KARMYX are the intellectual property of Zero One Burg Entertainment LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of KARMYX without our prior written consent.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time via the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use KARMYX ceases immediately.

When you delete your account, all of your personal data — including your karma actions, Social Feed posts, uploaded media, profile information, and active subscription — is immediately and permanently removed from KARMYX. Shared AI illustrations in our cache are not deleted because they cannot be attributed to a single user.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

KARMYX is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities.

Use KARMYX at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

Zero One Burg Entertainment LLC is liable without limitation for damage arising from injury to life, body, or health that results from a negligent or intentional breach of duty by us, our legal representatives, or our vicarious agents; for other damage that results from an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by us, our legal representatives, or our vicarious agents; under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz); and to the extent we have assumed a guarantee.

In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of a material contractual obligation — an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely. In such cases our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract; for paid use of KARMYX Plus it does not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Any further liability is excluded; in particular, we are not liable for slight negligence in respect of non-material obligations, nor for indirect or consequential damages beyond the cases set out above.

These limitations of liability also apply to the personal liability of our legal representatives, employees, and vicarious agents.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

Consumers habitually resident in the European Union additionally enjoy the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their country of residence.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email.

Continued use of KARMYX after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
